Ask a Counsellor

Sometimes we just want to ask a question and receive a little advice or a different perspective from someone with the right kind of experience to help.

If you're not sure about whether you want to sign up for a course of therapy, then you have the option of sending a question about something that's troubling you and receiving a thoughtful and professional response, by email. I'm happy to offer you a service which you might find helpful if you'd like a written response to a problem.

You can send your question to me via the  form below and usually receive a reply within 24 hours. I don't work at weekends so please allow longer for messages sent then.

  • I will send a payment link before replying.

  • If I don't feel I'm the right person to respond to your problem I'll let you know immediately and without charge.
